Enjoy a relaxing evening of nurturing yourself through Restorative Yoga and Yoga NIdra. Restorative Yoga resets the nervous system to allow relaxation and peace. It feels like a supported "nap". Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation with multiple health benefits. Classes are $20 each. Students and seniors can attend for $10. Available for BOGO for a limited time.
