Elemental Energy

Elemental Energy was founded by Fallon Jones in 2021. Fallon has taught yoga in the Fargo Moorhead area and surrounding areas since 2012. Fallon is a Somatic Movement Educator and Reiki Master. This includes an emphasis on Therapeutic Styles of Yoga and the ability to attune energy.

Health and spirituality has always been an integral part of who Fallon is. For nearly a decade she lived in California. During that time, she fully embraced a healthy lifestyle and began studying yoga philosophies, healing, meditation, Ayurveda, and nutrition. Through her yoga practice she noticed new connections in her body and learned how to take care of it. Yoga has been an integral part of her personal healing process.

In 2012, Fallon attended 200 hours of yoga training at Yoga North, in Duluth, MN. This training taught her the importance of healing the body with somatic movements and therapeutic yoga. These modalities encouraged her to stay within her range of motion and progress responsibly in Hatha yoga poses. The way Fallon teaches yoga is with intuition, both her intuition as well as yours. She uses what she senses in you and then she teaches you how to listen within yourself to inspire a pathway for healing.

Fallon's teaching style is not what you may see on the cover of yoga magazines. She teaches you to work in, not to work out. Through somatic movements, hatha yoga postures, restorative yoga, and meditation Elemental Energy instructs students on how to relax and find joy in their bodies.

In 2016 Fallon was the facilitator of the teacher training for the Yoga Center of Minneapolis at the Spirit Room. Teaching others to teach echoed her personal experience and reminded her of her purpose. This was a humbling experience that has allowed Fallon to teach with more compassion and wisdom, allowing her to be more present and supportive for your growth and well being.

In 2020, Fallon received her Reiki 1 and 2 Attunements. In January 2022, She received her Reiki 3 Attunement and became a Reiki Master. These Attunements allow Fallon to use Energy to encourage healing. Reiki uses energy to clear out negativity and blockages in ones energetic field. Fallon can now attune others in Reiki 1,2,3, and Master Teacher levels. Elemental Energy offers energy healing sessions in person, or at a distance.

December 2023, Fallon was Certified as a Peer Support Specialist.This allows her to support those with Mental Illness, Addiction, and Brain Injury from a peer perspective.

In April 2024, Fallon became a Certified Personal Care Assistant.

Fallon attended Brooks College in Long Beach, CA. She received an Associate of the Arts in Fashion Merchandising and graduated with High Honors. She worked as a Wardrobe Assistant in LA and OC counties. Fallon has worked many years in retail and visual merchandising. Her love of fashion, color, painting and art started as a child. Elemental Energy's art is abstract and from the heart.
