Somatic Yoga

Pandiculation

Somatic Yoga is not about stretching. Pandiculation can be seen in nature everywhere. Examples of somatic movement are when a cat stretches, a dog does down dog, or when we yawn. 

Somatic yoga is a wonderful way to learn the bodies natural range of motion, and it encourages you to move in a slow, healing, and balanced way.
