Restorative Yoga

Elemental Energy's specialty is in Restorative Yoga. This yoga style encourages deep relaxation and restores the nervous system. Restorative Yoga uses props to fully support most postures. Utilization of these props and longer time in each pose allows one's body to relax and restore.
